What are your qualifications?

I have a Masters degree in Sport Science, I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and I have a closet full of Pre & Postnatal Fitness certifications.

I’ve been educated by some of the finest Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Specialists in the arena from around the world to become the Pelvic Floor and Diastasis Recti Expert I am today.


How will I receive my programs?

All my programs are hosted on an online platform functioning like an app on your laptop or mobile device.

You simply need to log into your account to access your programs


How long will I have access to your programs?

You’ll have access to the programs (Pregnancy, Immediate Postpartum, Better Body after Baby program) for the foreseeable future. You’ll also benefit from any updates.

The Membership program works like Netflix or Hulu. You have access to it as long as you’re a Member (you can cancel anytime).


Do your programs come with videos?

Yes, to ensure you can perform all the exercises safely and correctly, each workout program provides videos for each movement with audio and text descriptions.


Do you offer meal plans?

Not yet. Although all my programs contain nutrition tips and yummy recipes, I am not a Certified Dietician or Nutritionist.

I’ve collaborated with a Certified Nutritionist to provide you with specific information including bloating, anti-inflammatory food, and losing weight sustainably… (all available in the Membership). A meal plan is on its way, stay tuned!


What equipment do I need for your programs?

Each program requires slightly different equipment, but I try to keep things as simple and inexpensive as possible. Helpful equipment for each program includes:

Pregnancy program:

a yoga mat
a chair
little pillows
nursing pillow (or body pillow)
a little 8 or 9 inch inflatable Pilates ball (or folded pillow, or stuffed animal!)
a 55 or 65 cm exercise ball (Swiss ball)
a yoga strap (or belt, or scarf)
yoga block (or pillows)
yoga bolster (or couch cushion)
Immediate Postpartum program (from birth to 8 weeks PP)

a yoga mat
a chair
little pillows or yoga blocks
a yoga strap (or belt, or scarf)
nursing pillow or body pillow
Better Body after Baby program (core rehab)

a yoga mat
a little 8 or 9 inch inflatable Pilates ball (or folded pillow, or stuffed animal!)

Facebook is highly recommended (but not necessary)
Mommy Body Bliss Membership (Beyond restrengthening)

A green or a blue Thera-Band (blue is more challenging)

I’m years Postpartum, is it too late for me to make improvements?

The good news is it’s NEVER too late to make improvements. Some of my students are 30+ years postpartum and still see/feel amazing results!


I don’t speak English, can I still benefit from your programs?

All programs are available in English. However, all the videos are transcribed (even the exercises), and many foreign students use Google Translate or set their web browser to automatically translate everything, when necessary.


I live outside of the US, can I enroll in your programs?

Sure! All my programs are online based and I train women from around the world.
